Tunisian - Chicken Strips With Mint

Ingredients

- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Mint
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Finely Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Large Chicken Breast -- Cubed

Directions
|
In a large bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, mint, garlic and seasonings. Add chicken and marinate overnight. Thread on skewers that have been soaked for 30 minutes. Broil or barbecue for 4 minutes per side.
