Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Grey Mullet, Bream Or Monkfish Fillets
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- 1 Bunch Cilantro -- Finely Chopped
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Place fish in an ovenproof baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and allow to marinate for 4 hours. Preheat broiler, Broil fish for 4 minutes per side.
