Tunisian   -   Fish Tagine With Chermoula   adapted from North African Cooking by Hilaire Walden

  • 2 Pounds Grey Mullet, Bream Or Monkfish Fillets
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro -- Finely Chopped
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Place fish in an ovenproof baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and allow to marinate for 4 hours. Preheat broiler, Broil fish for 4 minutes per side.
