Tunisian - Shrimp Stew From Gabes (Gambry A La Gabesienne)

Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Harissa (Tunisia)
- 3 Pounds Shrimp
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 6 Sprigs Parsley -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add onion and garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add cumin and harissa and saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Saute for 2 minutes. Cover the skillet and saute for 2 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
