Turkish - Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Shrimp
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Medium Shallot -- Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Pepperocini Peppers -- Chopped
- 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Dill
- 2 Medium Bay Leaf
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Diced
- 1/2 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Dry White Wine
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Ounces Feta Cheese -- Crumbled

Directions
|
saute garlics and shallots in oil for 3 minutes, add peppers and scallions, saute 3 minutes. add shrimp, and remaining ingredients besides feta until shrimp is no longer pink. place in ovenproof dish, bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, sprinkle feta cheese over it and place under broiler for 2 minutes. serve with rice.
