Turkish   -   Black Olive Bread (Zeytinli Ekmek)   adapted from Classical Turkish Cooking by Ayla Algar

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Black Olives -- halved
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 3 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Mint -- finely chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
Directions Add all ingredients suggested by bread machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
Serves 1
