Turkish - Chickpea Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cups Chick Peas
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Rice
- 1 Can Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. add rice, saute 2 minutes. add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
