Turkish - Kasseri Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Kasseri Cheese -- grated
- 2 Small Eggs -- beaten
- 1/3 Cup Parsley -- chopped
- Filo Dough

Directions
|
Thoroughly blend cheese, eggs and parsley. Cut Filo dough in half. Cut one stack into 3 equal parts. Using one strip of dough, add 1 tablespoon of filling to dough and roll. Butter the dough and repeat until all the strips are used. Place roll seam down on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
