Turkish   -   Lahmacun (Pita Topped With Spicy Lamb)   adapted from The Sultan's Kitchen by Ozcan Ozan

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Lamb -- Cooked
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 3 Medium Plum Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Pita Bread
  • Butter -- Melted
Directions Combine all but the pita bread and butter. Drizzle melted butter over the pita breads. Top with lamb mixture. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until hot. Serve
