Ingredients

- 1 Pound Feta Cheese -- Crumbled
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Mint
- 2 Medium Plum Tomatoes -- Sliced
- 8 Ounces Assorted Olives

Directions
|
Place feta, garlic, paprika, red pepper, and olive oil in food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mint and serve with sliced tomatoes and olives.
