Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 Large Green Pepper -- chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno -- chopped
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley -- chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Phyllo Dough
  • Unsalted Butter -- melted
Directions Saute onions, pine nuts & cumin until onions begin to brown. Add garlic and allspice, cook 1 mnute. Add peppers, and meat. Simmer until meat browns. Add tomatoes simmer 5 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Filling should be moist but not watery. cut phyllo stack legnthwise into 3 strips. Place 1 TBSP filling at end of stiip fold into triangles. Place in bakign pan seam side down. brush tops with butter. Bake 25 minutes at 350*
