Turkish   -   Turkish Yogurt Bread   adapted from Ethnic Breads

  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Water
Directions Add all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
