US Regional   -   Black Bean Dip   adapted from great tastes of Iowa

  • 1 Can Black Beans -- drained
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
  • 2 Medium Green Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seed
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. add water if nessessary. refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
