- 1 Can Black Beans -- drained
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
- 2 Medium Green Onion -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seed
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. add water if nessessary. refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
