US Regional - Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

- 2 Cups Blueberries
- 1 1/8 Cups Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Medium Egg -- beaten

Directions
|
wash and pick over berries removing stems. place berries, 1 cup of sugar and lemon juice in a well greased deep dish pyrex baking dish. dot berries with butter. sift together remaining dry ingredients and blend with beaten egg. chill in frezer for a few minutes and preheat oven to 375 roll out dough on a floured surface. place on top of berries. bake 30 minutes or until hot.
