Ingredients
  • 16 Ounces Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons White Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
  • 4 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Fennel Seed
  • 2 Tablespoons Mirin
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
Directions Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use with any meat.
