Ingredients

- 1/2 Package Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 In Ginger Root -- finely chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot -- julienned
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
- 1 Bunch Broccoli -- into florets
- 1 Teaspoon Chile Garlic Puree
- 4 Medium Green Onion -- chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped

Directions

Boil wrappers about 2 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil and soy sauce, set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet saute ginger garlic, carrot and bell pepper 3 mintues. Add broccolli, saute 5 mins. Add wrappers and chile garlic puree. Cook 1 minutes. Serve garlichsed with green onions and cilantro.
