US Regional   -   Florida Sauce   adapted from Barbecuing and Grilling

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar -- firmly Packed
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 6 Ounces Horseradish
  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
Directions Melt butter in saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
