Ingredients
  • 3 Quarts Chicken Stock
  • 1 Bottle Beer
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 18 Ears Corn -- In 3 Inch Pieces
  • 1 Head Celery -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 7 Pounds New Potatoes -- Quartered
  • 2 Pounds Smoked Sausage -- Sliced
  • 2 Pounds Shrimp -- Shelled
Directions Bring stock and beer to a boil. Add pepper and old bay seasoning. Mix well. Add corn, celery, onions and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add sausage and shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
