US Regional   -   Halibut With Cranberry Orange Sauce (Washington)   adapted from Culinaria United States

  • 1 Medium Orange -- Peeled
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 Large Halibut Steak
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Puree orange, cranberries and honey in food processor. Place halibut into buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in puree. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
