  • 1/2 Cup Black Beans -- Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Pinto Beans -- Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Kidney Beans -- Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Chickpeas -- Cooked
  • 8 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Savory
  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
  • 2 Large Potatoes -- Chopped
  • 4 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
  • 3 Teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
  • Parsley -- For Garnish
Directions Combine all ingredients except parsley. Bring to boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
