Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Pound Tempeh Bacon -- diced
- 1 Large Vidalia Onion -- chopped
- 2 Cups Rice -- cooked
- 1 Cup Hot Salsa
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Cups Chickpeas -- cooked
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped

Directions

Saute in oil bacon and onion until brown, about 5 minutes. Add cooked rice to onions. Allow rice to brown. About 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes and serve.
