Ingredients
|
- 1 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter -- Softened
- 1 2/3 Cups Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2/3 Cup Cocoa
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/3 Cups Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions

In large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Pour batter into two greased 9 inch round pans and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with favorite frosting.
