Ingredients
  • 3 Pounds Bass, Catfish, Trout Or Perch -- Cubed
  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
  • 3 Large Potato -- Cubed
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • Cayenne -- To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and saute for 5 minutes. Add stock and remaining ingredients except the fish. Simmer or 15 minutes. Add fish and simmer until fish is cooked about 5-10 minutes. Serve.
