Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Bass, Catfish, Trout Or Perch -- Cubed
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
- 3 Large Potato -- Cubed
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
- Cayenne -- To Taste
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and saute for 5 minutes. Add stock and remaining ingredients except the fish. Simmer or 15 minutes. Add fish and simmer until fish is cooked about 5-10 minutes. Serve.
