Ingredients

- 1 Pound Pork -- sliced
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 Medium Red Pepper -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Chicken Broth

Directions
|
saute onions, garlic and peppers in olive oil until onion is transparent. add pork and saute for 5 minutes on each side. add chicken broth and simmer for 3 minutes and serve with rice.
