 US Regional - Rosemary Swiss Steak

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Round Steak
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary -- dried
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 3 Large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 1/2 Cup Water

Directions
|
Saute onion and steak in olive oil, until steak is browned on both sides. Spread mustard on top side of steak and add remaining ingredients. cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours adding more water if needed.
