US Regional   -   Sesame Drop Biscuits (Vermont)   adapted from Soup and Bread by Crescent Dragonwagon

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter -- Room Temperature
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds -- Lightly Toasted
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
Directions Combine flour with butter. Add sour cream, sesame seeds and paprika. Mix together. Drop by the teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve.
