US Regional   -   Sunflower Crusted Trout (Kansas)   adapted from Culinaria United States

  • 4 Large Trout Fillet
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds -- Crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Cornmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions Mix seeds with cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Dust fish with this mixture. Saute fish in oil about 3 minutes per side or until browned. Serve.
