US Regional   -   Venison Balls   adapted from Native Indian Wild Game, Fish and Wild Foods by Lovesick

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Ground Venison
  • 2 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Spaghetti Sauce
Directions Mix together all ingredients except spaghetti sauce, shape into large balls. Place in bottom of roasting pan, cover with spaghetti sauce and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serves 4
