Uzbek - Guisht Lovia (Lamb And String Beans)

Ingredients
|
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Pounds Beef Or Lamb -- Cubed
- 2 Cups French-Style Green Beans
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- Salt -- To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Basil -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add meat and brown well. Add beans, tomato paste, broth and garlic. Add pepper and salt. Sprinkle in basil, cilantro and parsley. Stir well, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
