Ingredients
|
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Pounds Lamb -- Cubed
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- Chopped

Directions

Saute lamb in butter until browned. Add chickpeas and simmer for 5 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add parsley and serve.
