Ingredients
|
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Black Radish -- Chopped
- 2 Large Carrot -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Potato -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Cayenne -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute onion in butter until golden. Add meat and brown well. Add garlic, radish, carrots, and potato, saute for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and broth. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
