Ingredients

- 7 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Pounds Beets -- Diced
- 4 Small Turnip -- Chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped

Directions

Bring broth to a boil. Add beets, turnips, onion, carrots, chicken and cumin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle in parsley and serve.
