Ingredients
|
- 8 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Pound Beef Or Lamb -- Cubed
- 2 Medium Turnip -- Chopped
- 2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1 Medium Potato -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Cayenne -- To Taste

Directions
|
Bring broth to a boil. Add meat, turnips, carrots, onions and bell pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add tomato paste and potato, simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Serve.
