Vietnamese - Beef Soup With Lemon Grass

Ingredients
|
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Grass -- soaked
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 6 Ounces Beef -- thinly sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 Large Shallots -- sliced
- 3 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- chopped
- 2 Medium Scallions -- chopped

Directions
|
Sprinkle pepper, salt, fish sauce and garlic over meat. Marinate 10 minutes. Heat oll and fry shalots until brown. Add lemon grass, cook 1 min, Add meat, fry until brown on both sides. Add beef broth adn bring to boil. Sprinlke with garnishes and serve.
