Vietnamese - Charbroiled Meatballs

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
- 2 Teaspoons Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
- 9 Medium Skewers
- Cooked Rice

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients but skewers and rice. Form into 36 meatballs. Thread them onto skewers and either grill or bake in 500 degree oven for 10 minutes per side. Serve over rice.
