Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Cup Rice
- 4 Cups Pork Stock
- 1/2 Pound Pork -- diced
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chile Oil
- Bean Sprouts -- for garnish
- Cilantro -- for garnish
- Black Pepper -- to taste

Directions

heat oil in stockpot. saute garlic and ginger for 3 minutes. add rice, broth, pork, fish sauce and chile oil. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. add black pepper and garnish with bean sprouts and cilantro.
