Vietnamese - Crab Fried With Salt (Cua Rang Muoi)

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Crab Legs, Alaskan King
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Tomato Paste
- Salt -- to taste

Directions
|
Crack the legs with a heavy knife. In a frying pan, heat the oil over high flame. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and stir for 1 minute. Add crab and sprinkle with salt. Cover, turn the heat down to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover, stir, remove from heat and serve.
