Vietnamese   -   Crab With Noodles   adapted from The Classic Cuisine of Vietnam by Ngo and Zimmerman

  • 1 Package Ramen Noodles -- - sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 2 Medium Shallots -- finely chopped
  • 6 Ounces Crabmeat
  • 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions Heat oil and suate garlic and shallots until golden brown.
Add crab and fry until crab dries. Cook noodles as directed, then add to crabmeat mixture and stirfry 1 minutes. Add fish sauce & pepper, stir 1 minutes and serve. Serve over rice (even though it contains noodles).
Serves 6
