Ingredients

- 1 Clove Garlic -- sliced
- 1 Large Scallion -- chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Pound Bluefish
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Heat ooil over high flame, add fish. Fry fish until well browned, remove and set aside. Remove all oil but 2 teaspoons. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, boil 1 minutes, pour over fish and serve with rice.
