Vietnamese - Fish With Sour Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- sliced
- 1 Large Scallion -- chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot -- chopped
- 1 Small Daikon -- chopped
- 1 Small Tomato -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Fish Fillets -- your choice

Directions

Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, salt pepper, sugar and vinegar and water in small bowl. Heat oil dredge fillets in cornstarch coating ocmpletely place in hot oil, brown on both sides, about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside, keeping warm. Add a garlic to frying pan. Saute 1 min, add onion, saute 1 minute. add remaining vegetables, saute 5 minteus. Pour in sauce mixture, cook 3 mintues, pour over fish, serve with rice.
