Vietnamese   -   Fragrant Fried Beef   adapted from Vietnamese Cuisine by Muoi Thai Loangkote

  • 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
  • 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds -- Roasted
  • Cooked Rice
Directions Mix beef with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Marinate for 20 minutes. Saute in oil until well browned. add scallions, saute for 1 minute longer. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
