Vietnamese - Fragrant Herb Chicken

Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Grass
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Paste
- 1 Cup Basil Leaves -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil

Directions
|
Saute in oil, lemon grass and garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken and saute until well browned. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, wine, water, sugar, and chili paste. Saute until liquid evaporates. Add basil and serve over rice.
