Ingredients
|
- 3 Pounds Chicken -- cubed
- 1/2 Pound Boiled Ham -- cubed
- 2 Medium Chinese Sausages -- 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Five Spice Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Black Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine

Directions
|
Marinate all meat in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes. Skewer meat, alternating between chicken, ham and sausage and grill over coals until done or under broiler for about 5 minutes per side. Serve.
