Vietnamese - Lemon Beef

Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
- 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
- 1 Medium Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch -- Mixed With
- 2 Teaspoons Water
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Lime Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- Cooked Rice

Directions
|
Mix oil, egg and cornstarch together. Pour over beef and marinate for 20 minutes. Add beef and marinade to a pan. Saute until beef is well browned. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add cornstarch and water mixture. Simmer for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except rice and saute for 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
