Vietnamese - Lemon Grass Fish

Ingredients

- 4 Large Cod Fillet
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 2 Large Shallot -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Grass
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Cooked Rice
- 3 Tablespoons Oil

Directions
|
Combine ginger, garlic, shallots, lemon grass and salt. Spread over fish. Marinate for 1 hour. Saute fish in oil for 5 minutes per side or until slightly golden. Serve over rice.
