Vietnamese   -   Lemon Grass Fish   adapted from Vietnamese Cuisine by Muoi Thai Loangkote

  • 4 Large Cod Fillet
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 2 Large Shallot -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Grass
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Cooked Rice
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
Directions Combine ginger, garlic, shallots, lemon grass and salt. Spread over fish. Marinate for 1 hour. Saute fish in oil for 5 minutes per side or until slightly golden. Serve over rice.
