Ingredients
|
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Medium Shallots
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 6 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Five Spice Powder
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Pound Pork -- sliced

Directions

Combine all but oil and pork, in food processor to make a sauce. Saute pork in oil until well browned, add sauce, cover reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes turning once.
