Vietnamese   -   Roasted Rice (Thinh)   adapted from The Classic Cuisine of Vietnam by Ngo and Zimmerman

  • 1 Cup Rice
Directions Heat a small frying pan over high heat and add the rice. Toast, stirring constantly until the rice is brown. Transfer to blender and grind into a powder. Store in a jar, last for several months.
