Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Chicken -- cooked & shredded
- 1 Small Onion -- sliced
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Mint Leaves -- chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
Marinate onion in vinegar 15 minutes. Mix chicken, mint, salt and pepper. Remove onions from vinegar, rinse in cold water. Fry in until transparent. Add chicken, return to hot temperature. Server over rice.
