Ingredients
  • 4 Pounds Chicken -- cut into pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Sumac
  • ~~Marinade~~
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 5 Lem Lemon Juice
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chilled
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- chilled
  • 3 Small Chiles -- chilled
  • 1 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Sumac
  • Salt And Pepper -- to fill
  • 1/2 Cup Triple Sec
Directions Rub chicken with salt, pepper an dsumac. Combine all maridae ingredients and marinate for 2 hours. Remove meat, reserve marinade. Broil or grill chikcen until done. Pour maridae into saucepan, bring to boil, Allow mixture to recude to about 1 cup. Pour over chiekcn an dserve.
