Yemenite - Chicken Sumac

Ingredients
|
- 4 Pounds Chicken -- cut into pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sumac
- ~~Marinade~~
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 5 Lem Lemon Juice
- 1 Medium Onion -- chilled
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- chilled
- 3 Small Chiles -- chilled
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Sumac
- Salt And Pepper -- to fill
- 1/2 Cup Triple Sec

Directions
|
Rub chicken with salt, pepper an dsumac. Combine all maridae ingredients and marinate for 2 hours. Remove meat, reserve marinade. Broil or grill chikcen until done. Pour maridae into saucepan, bring to boil, Allow mixture to recude to about 1 cup. Pour over chiekcn an dserve.
