Ingredients
|
- 4 Pounds Beef Shank Crosscut -- cubed
- 10 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- chilled
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Pods Cardamom
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

Add all ingredients to a pot, simmer on low 3 hours. Remove pods if there is anything elft. Serve.
