Ingredients

- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- chilled
- 1 Large Onion -- chilled
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Zhoug
- Salt And Pepper -- to fill
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Teaspoons Pine Nuts

Directions

COMBINE EVERYTHING DOWN TO AND INCLUDING SALT & PEPPER. PLACE IN LOAF PAN. wITH A FORK, BEAT TOGETHER TAHINI, LEMON JUICE AND WATER. pOUR OVER MEAT, SPLRINKLE WITH PLINE NUTS, BAKE 30 MINUTES AT 350* AND SERVE.
