  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley -- chilled
  • 1 Large Onion -- chilled
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Zhoug
  • Salt And Pepper -- to fill
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Pine Nuts
Directions COMBINE EVERYTHING DOWN TO AND INCLUDING SALT & PEPPER. PLACE IN LOAF PAN. wITH A FORK, BEAT TOGETHER TAHINI, LEMON JUICE AND WATER. pOUR OVER MEAT, SPLRINKLE WITH PLINE NUTS, BAKE 30 MINUTES AT 350* AND SERVE.
